Hey — I'm Gamaliel Bepa — Gamino for short. A network specialist, not just a monitoring engineer: I architect and run enterprise networks end-to-end — Cisco & Fortinet switches, FortiGate & Palo Alto firewalls, CPE routers — all wired together with BGP, OSPF & TCP/IP.
My playground is global: SD-WAN over FortiGate across 44 vessels riding satellite & Starlink, plus 119+ offices on MPLS, Internet DSL, ADSL, 4G LTE & Starlink — spread across every GMT zone on the planet.
To tame the chaos, I built a Grafana platform that turns raw Fortinet telemetry into crystal-clear dashboards for large-scale maritime & industrial networks. Off the clock? I ship websites, apps & software — this one included.

Tools I Built
FortiGate One-Touch Config Generator
Imports a filled template (management IP, loopback, HA details, device names) and generates a complete FortiGate CLI config — including IPSec Phase 1 & 2 VPN — in seconds. Lets L1 / junior engineers provision devices from scratch with near-zero human error. Runs locally.
Monthly Inventory Baseline
Automates the fleet's monthly network baseline — a mid-month snapshot of every active device, link, and circuit across vessels and onshore sites. Converts the count into defined resource units that drive a clean, accurate monthly pay-bill for the client. Replaces manual counting and keeps billing transparent and dispute-free.

Recurring ITGC and SOX / L.262 audits across Saipem's global IT infrastructure — evidence and controls testing for internal and external regulatory engagements.
